I'm familiar with Gaiam Fitness videos, mainly yoga, but am really excited to be trying out their new online service at http://www.gaiamtv.com/ - a membership site full of fitness videos including great titles like Jillian Michaels and The Firm series, as well as others - especially their popular yoga and pilates videos! (there are over 400 yoga videos!) But there's more!
Gaiam's site also includes tons of great kids videos - everything from great science and technology movies to cartoon adaptations of classic stories - as well as self-help, spiritual development shows, and many others I haven't even explored yet!
I will be doing just that over the next month though, especially the workouts!, and will be sharing them with you all along! My goal is to try at least one new fitness video every day! As well I plan to check out videos with the kids, and the self help and documentaries too!

ReplyDeleteThis sounds awesome. Especially since Netflix removed the self help and exercise videos a few months ago :) I can't wait to see how you do with it. I may have to give it a go.
ReplyDeleteI didnt know they had a video service. This is a great way to try new workouts frequently and not have to purchase a DVD. A lot cheaper and more variety.
